Serving the Homeless of Kankakee County...From Homeless to Housed

Fortitude is a grassroots nonprofit in Kankakee County that provides emergency shelter (Oct-May), street outreach, transitional housing, and workforce development for the homeless.  We serve hundreds of homeless individuals each year with the help of multitudes of volunteers!  We operate primarily with the support of our local community.
