Welcome to the PADS Shelter Volunteer Training.
We are so grateful for your interest in serving the homeless alongside Fortitude! This training will provide with information about Fortitude, the homeless, how to engage with the homeless, and policies/procedures of the shelter. At the end of each lesson, click “Mark Complete” at the bottom of the page to move on toward completion. This will also save your place if you need to take a break and finish later. Also, at the top of this page, you can click “Resources” for some helpful documents.
You will need to read all the material and view all the videos in order to pass the quizzes. At the end, you will receive instructions for downloading your completion certificate and next steps.
